Shipping & Returns
1. Production and Dispatch
All prints are produced on demand and carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery anywhere in the world.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 7 business days of payment confirmation.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Personalised prints:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods produced in accordance with the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable transposing legislation.
A print is considered personalised where the buyer has selected a format, substrate, finish, or any other technical specification different from the standard catalogue options.
The buyer will be expressly informed, before finalising the order, that it constitutes a personalised good to which the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Catalogue prints without personalisation:
In these cases, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, starting from the day on which they take physical possession of the good, without giving any reason and without penalty.
To exercise this right, the buyer must contact info@pedrosacadura.com within the above period, using the form available in the Terms and Conditions (Annex A).
3. Returns and Non-Conformity Claims
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
Artwork delivered with damage or manufacturing defect
Incorrect item delivered (different from the one ordered)
Verifiable damage caused during transit
In such cases, the buyer must contact info@pedrosacadura.com within 7 business days of delivery, describing the issue and including photographic evidence of the damage or non-conformity.
4. Resolution
Upon validation of the claim, Pedro Sacadura will proceed, at the buyer's choice (or, in the absence of indication, at Pedro Sacadura's discretion, provided this does not cause disproportionate inconvenience to the buyer), with either:
The issue of a replacement print, or
A full refund of the amount paid
All shipping costs associated with the return and reshipment will be borne by Pedro Sacadura.
